"I Promise to Love my Dog" Contract

Cara Vet Group know children and their dogs have a very special bond. It is very important to be responsible for your furry friend because like you, they need to be minded properly. Please print the contract below and sign it to help you remember how to care for your furry friend properly. 

• I promise to feed and water my dog in a clean dish every day.
• I promise to keep my dog sheltered from hot, cold, and wet weather.
• I promise keep my dog clean, brushed and lookin' good!
• I promise to play with my dog or bring him/her for a walk every day.
• I promise to make sure my dog sees a vet for vaccinations and checkups.
• I promise to help my dog with obedience training.  
• I promise to provide a collar and ID tag for my dog to wear at all times.
• I promise to keep my dog from running loose in the area that I live.
• I promise to protect my dog from people or things that might hurt him/her.
